I think the steps to making this cubism photo is taking many pictures, get pictures from different angles and time, compile the different photos together, and then you have your cubism photo. I think about 25 or so photos were taken for this cubism photo. These photos were taken in different times of day because the coloring is different for some buildings. There are some obvious photoshop enhancements but not many.
